If you're in a rush in the morning and want a low carb, high protein breakfast option you have to check these out. 

Make it more of a dessert by adding mini chocolate chips. 

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins 


  • 1 cup(s), Peanut Butter
  • 2 serving, Bananas, raw
  • 0.25 cup, Honey
  • 2 large, Egg
  • 4 scoop, Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder 
  • 2 Tbs. Almond Milk 

What to do: 

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Grease muffin tin then pour batter. Bake 12 minutes. 

*Makes 14 muffins 

Serving Size: 2 Muffins

Protein: 24g -- Carbs: 28g -- Fat: 21g -- Sugar: 18g
