Honey Garlic Cauliflower Poppers

Hosting an event and need a vegetarian-friendly appetizer? Try this awesome recipe! Boneless wings without the meat!


1 head of Cauliflower
1 tbs. honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs. Frank’s Red Hot
1 tbs. olive oil
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Preheat oven to 400 Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Boil until you can easily stick a fork through it (about 10-15 minutes)


Meanwhile, mix honey, garlic, hot sauce, and oil. After cauliflower is boiled, drain and mix with sauce. Freeze until it is cooled. About 15-20 minutes. (save any left-over sauce. If there isn’t any make another batch.


Place cooled cauliflower in egg bath then coat with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes. Then serve with sauce to dip or add more sauce to the bites.
