Do you ever crave sushi, but don’t want to spend the money on it or don’t feel like going out? Well, don’t you worry! This recipe will be all your sushi needs to rest
1 cup white rice (cooked)
4 oz. Smoked Salmon
½ cup Cucumbers
1 sheet of wasabi flavored seaweed
2 Tbs. Tamari (GF soy sauce)
What you need to do:
Just put it together! I place the white rice on the bottom then add all my other goodies around the top for a pretty presentation. Wash and cut your cucumbers into bite sixed pieces. Pour Tamari over the top of the bowl after it is finished. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to put together if your rice is cooked.
